Golf Performance & Injury Rehab - Available Online & In-Person
Titleist Performance Institute Expert delivering golf-related assessments to take you from Golf Injury to Golf Perfomance.
Whether you're dealing with pain, stiffness, or looking to improve your golf performance, I offer TPI-certified movement assessments and personalised rehab - fully online or in person (Beaconsfield).
Whether it is to lower your handicap, progress through various professional tours, win your next amateur competition, or simply enjoy a round of golf without that nagging low back pain, I can help.
I draw on my extensive knowledge as a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Expert, an Osteopath, and Clinical Pilates Teacher to help golfers achieve their maximum potential. I am specialised in the treatment, rehabilitation and performance enhancement of golfers.
Online TPI Assessment & Golf Rehab
The TPI Medical Screen is the most comprehensive movement analysis available for golfers. It identifies physical limitations, mobility restrictions, and strength deficits that may be affecting your swing efficiency, power, or causing pain and injury.
This assessment is designed to translate directly into real improvements in your performance - whether you’re recovering from injury, struggling with discomfort, or looking to optimise your movement for better golf.
How It Works (Online)
Book your TPI screening session here - 60 minutes via Microsoft Teams.
During the session, I’ll guide you through a detailed one-to-one movement screen and physical assessment, analysing your mobility, strength, and power in relation to the golf swing.
After the assessment, I’ll create a four-week customised exercise programme tailored to your needs. This can be completed at home or in the gym and is included in the screening price.
Your programme isn’t static - it evolves. We’ll have weekly check-ins, where you can submit videos of key exercises, ask questions, and get detailed feedback and coaching cues. I’ll review your movement, track progress, and update your programme weekly to make sure you’re progressing towards your goals efficiently and safely.
Based on your results, I’ll recommend the best next steps - whether that’s continuing with online coaching, a programme of golf-specific Pilates, or (if you’re local) a combination of manual osteopathy treatments and in-person support to accelerate your progress.
🔸 Please note: This is a golf fitness and movement assessment only - it does not include swing coaching. You’re encouraged to continue working on your golf technique with your current coach, and I’m always happy to liaise directly with them to help align the physical and technical aspects of your improvement.
How Does an Online TPI Assessment Work?
You might be wondering - “Can a movement screen really be done online?” The answer is yes - and it’s highly effective.
The TPI movement screen is a visual and functional assessment by design. Whether it’s in person or over video, the process is exactly the same: I guide you through a series of movements and tests to assess your mobility, stability, strength, and movement patterns as they relate to your golf swing.
✔️ Here’s how it works:
You only need a phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera.
I’ll give you simple instructions ahead of time to set up your space - a small area where you can stand, rotate, squat, and move comfortably.
I’ll guide you step-by-step through each test. I’ll let you know when to move the camera or change the angle (if needed) - it’s simple and stress-free.
I capture screenshots, take notes, and use video tools to slow down, analyse, and spot key movement patterns, just like I would in person.
The benefit? You get a recorded session (optional) to review afterwards — something that’s not always possible in an in-person appointment.
✔️ What’s next:
After the assessment, you’ll receive a clear report of your results, plus a fully tailored mobility, strength, and movement programme designed to support your golf swing, improve performance, and reduce injury risk.
You’ll also benefit from weekly video check-ins, movement reviews, feedback, and programme updates - ensuring that your progress is consistent, effective, and aligned with your goals.
No matter where you are, you can access expert, golf-specific rehab and performance coaching - without compromising on quality.

FAQs
❓ Can a TPI movement assessment really be done online?
Absolutely. The TPI screen is designed as a visual and functional assessment. Whether we do it in person or via video, the process is exactly the same. I guide you step-by-step through each movement, check angles, alignment, mobility, and compensations. You don’t lose anything by doing it online - and in fact, many clients love having the session recorded so they can review it later.
❓ What equipment do I need?
A phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera.
A small open space where you can stand, squat, rotate, and lie down comfortably.
Ideally, a golf club nearby to assist with a couple of the screening tests.
(Optional) A chair or wall for balance support in certain positions.
❓ Is this swing coaching?
No - this is a golf fitness and movement assessment, not technical swing coaching. You’re encouraged to continue working with your golf coach on swing mechanics. I’m always happy to collaborate with your coach to ensure the physical work supports and complements your technical improvements.
❓ Do I need a golf swing video?
Not for the TPI screen itself. This is a movement-based assessment that evaluates your body's ability to move efficiently for the golf swing. If you do have swing videos, you're welcome to share them for additional context - but it’s not required.
❓ What happens after the assessment?
You’ll receive a clear summary of your screen results and a 4-week personalised mobility and strength programme designed specifically for your body and golf performance goals.
Throughout those four weeks, we’ll have weekly check-ins where you can submit videos of key exercises. I’ll review your form, provide detailed feedback, make corrections if needed, and update your programme each week to ensure you’re progressing consistently and effectively.
❓ What happens after the four weeks?
Most clients continue with ongoing programming. As your movement improves, your programme evolves - moving from mobility and stability into more strength, power, and performance-specific work. We’ll discuss what makes sense for you based on your goals.
❓ What’s the cancellation policy for the ongoing monthly coaching?
Ongoing coaching is a rolling monthly commitment. You’re free to cancel at any time - just let me know before your next billing date. If you cancel mid-way through a month, you’ll still have access to the remainder of that month’s programme and check-ins, and your coaching will end when that period finishes.
There are no refunds for partially completed months, but you’re never locked into a long-term contract. If you decide to return in the future, you can restart with a fresh assessment or pick up where you left off, depending on how much time has passed.
“Working with Claire has been fantastic. Clearly she is a very good osteopath. But it is the golfing knowledge that Claire brings to the sessions which makes them extra beneficial. Not only are the exercises tailored to give the strength and flexibility in the places where you need them as a golfer. She also helps improve my game by explaining to me (or helping me to work out for myself) how to use my body correctly when I’m trying to swing the club the way my coach wants me to.
I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”
