Working with Claire has been fantastic. Clearly she is a very good osteopath, so I leave sessions with her moving better and standing taller. But it is the golfing knowledge that Claire brings to the sessions which makes them extra beneficial. Not only are the exercises tailored to give the strength and flexibility in the places where you need them as a golfer. She also helps improve my game by explaining to me (or helping me to work out for myself) how to use my body correctly when I’m trying to swing the club the way my coach wants me to.
